1. General conditions

The following agreement applies to trading on Indirabala.se. When making a purchase, you as a customer agree to the terms of this agreement.

 
For private customers, when purchasing goods, a minimum age of 18 is required for the agreement to be valid. We reserve the right to refuse sales to minors without a guardian's consent.

 
We reserve the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time and without prior notice. However, changes to the terms and conditions shall not affect already concluded agreements between us and the customer. All changes to the terms will be published on the website.

2. Order

When you place your order and before finalizing and accepting your purchase, all costs for your order, including charges for shipping and payment methods, will be totaled and clearly stated at checkout. When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address.

If there is an error in the order confirmation, you must immediately contact us via e-mail to [email protected].

At Indirabala.se, we offer the following payment methods:

KLARNA -available for customers within the EU

SWISH -available only for swedish customers


3. Delivery

We always strive to deliver quickly and usually send out our packages within 1-2 working days, usually already on the same day, from the time we receive an order. In order for an order to be sent out on the same day, it must be received by us no later than 12.00 on weekdays. Orders received later or during weekends or public holidays are usually dispatched the next working day.

We offer the following delivery methods:

- DHL delivery to service point within 2 to 4 working days within the EU.

When you complete your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation on your email to check your order and when we send out your goods, you will receive an email that your package is on its way to you. In that email you can also track your package to see where it is. We are constantly working to ensure that we have our goods in stock, in case an item is not in stock for immediate delivery or if for some other reason we will not be able to deliver on time we will let you know. 

We reserve the right for delivery delays due to heavy workload, traffic disruptions or other unexpected events, and does not compensate for this. We reserve the right to exonerate ourselves from all claims for compensation to the customer in the event of delivery delays. In the event of delivery delays, you as a customer have the right to cancel a purchase.

If delays in the delivery should occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time) you must contact us at the e-mail address: [email protected].

 4. Prices

All prices in our store or on our other sales channels are stated in EUR and all prices include VAT.

We reserve the right to change our prices changes due to price changes by the supplier, misprints in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.


5. Right of withdrawal

When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered.

 5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:

You must announce that you regret it. The message must be sent to us at our contact form. 

In your message, your name, your address, e-mail address, the order number and which goods the return applies to must be clearly stated. You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the cancellation notice. You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in their original packaging. From the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the original value of the product in the case of a used or damaged product. If free goods are included in an order, these must also be returned, otherwise a cost for these will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.

Returns must be sent to us with trackable shipments, e.g. registered mail. We are not responsible for returns that cannot be tracked and that do not reach us. We do not accept or redeem return shipments against cash on delivery.

5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply:

If the product is used or if the original nature of the product is changed by the customer or if products that have been sealed (sealed) for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (sealing) has been broken by you. If a product has been tailored especially for you or has a clear personal touch according to your wishes.


6. Claims and complaints

At Indirabala, you, as a private customer, hair extensions for better prices. Hair extensions come from different individuals and therefore vary in quality from package to package. We therefore sell all our hair extensions in their existing condition. We do guarantee that our hair extensions are of Remy quality, which means that the single hairs has same direction, but we dont take into account how the person who donated it has cared for it, dyed it or treated it in any other way. You as a customer can therefore expect that our hair extensions can vary both in quality and in weight, thickness and color from one package to another. However, you as a customer always get an opportunity to carefully check the package of hair extensions you receive before choosing to keep it or return it through your right of withdrawal within 14 days. In case of dissatisfaction regarding differences with the quality of our hair extensions, as been decribed above, this does not give grounds for a complaint.

When complaining about errors regarding attaching the hair extensions, e.g. that hair extensions come off, we refer to the salon or the person who has carried out the work as it is they who are responsible for the work carried out. It is up to that person to assess whether a hair extension's attachments will hold and to ensure that the work is carried out correctly and professionally. We cannot guarantee that an external salon or person has the qualifications required for the insertion of hair extensions and therefore does not compensate insertion costs or other losses that the customer has had when inserting hair extensions made with other operators.

For complaints regarding other events, e.g. delivery delays, lost packages, etc. email [email protected] where you enter your name, address, email address, order number and a description of what you want to advertise. 7. Limitation of Liability

We reserve, without any exception, the right to cancel the contract in the event that errors in price, quantity and stock balances have occurred on our website, whether as a result of human or technical reasons. If an item with an incorrect price is ordered and we cancel that purchase, we will inform the buyer of this and await approval as to whether the buyer wishes to continue the order with the corrected price. The customer is not entitled to damages or other compensation from us in the event that cancellation of a purchase is asserted.

We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product. We accept no responsibility for delays/errors as a result of circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor conflict, fire, war, authority decision, reduced or non-existent delivery from the supplier. Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.


8. Product Information

We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reproduce the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as accurately as possible.

9. Information about Cookies

By shopping at Indirabala.se, you accept our data protection policy and our processing of your personal data. We protect your privacy and do not collect more information than is necessary to process your order. We never sell or pass on your data to third parties without a legal basis. Indirabala.se is responsible for the processing of personal data that you have provided to us as a customer. Your personal data is processed by us in order to be able to handle your order and in the instances when you have requested newsletters or promotional offers - in order to be able to adapt the marketing to your individual needs. The information below is a summary of how we store and process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

10.2 What data do we store?

In order to handle your order and answer questions related to your order (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address and purchase history.

Your data is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process your data, for example to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation according to, for example, the Accounting Act.


10.3 Legal Basis

In connection with a purchase, your personal data is processed to complete the agreement with you. Marketing, campaigns and similar mailings take place with your consent.

10.4 What information is shared and for what purpose?

10.4.1 Payment provider

When making purchases, information is shared with our payment provider. What is stored is first name, last name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, the social security number is also saved with the payment provider. 10.4.2 Shipping company

In order to deliver your orders and complete our contract, we need to share specific information with the shipping company. What is shared with the shipping company is first name, last name and address information for delivery. Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification. The shipping companies we cooperate with are: Schenker, DHL, Postnord, UPS.

If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name and email address will be shared with our newsletter provider. This is to be able to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes. We use for sending newsletters.

10.5 The Right of Access

You have the right to receive extracts from all information that we hold about you. Extracts are delivered electronically in a readable format.

10.6 Right to rectification

You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or supplement information that is incomplete.

11. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms will be posted online on the website. The amended terms and conditions are considered accepted in connection with orders or visits to the website.

12. Dispute and choice of law

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company's customer service and the customer, you as a customer can contact the Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, see arn.se.
